In the end of 2018, Azorean-native Rafael Fraga and Dutch globetrotter Nadja Schreurs swam to the rocky shores of the beautiful Azores islands with only one purpose in mind: to bring to life the culinary traditions of the Azores, the story behind each sip, and connect to the soul of this wonderful, mysterious archipelago.
