In this 1h dynamic and fun experience, an expert host will introduce you to some artisanal cheeses of the Azores, and share insights and many fun stories about the history and lifestyle. 
The menu includes different cheeses, and is carefully curated to showcase the quality and diversity of local dairy products. You can pair your cheeses with condiments and accompaniments, including jam, breads and fruit, while sipping on your drink of choice. ​

The tasting takes place in ROOTZ, a beautiful eatery nested in a historical building in Ponta Delgada.
