Positions
We are hiring tour guides and operational assistants. Please check the specifics of each position:
TOUR GUIDE: your main job is to lead groups of travellers in our walking city tours and indoor tastings. You act as a host, providing solid and concise information and making sure that everyone is safe, cared for and cheerful.
You need to:
- be passionated about the local (food & beverage) culture, and about connecting to people of different backgrounds;
- be a native Portuguese speaker and have good spoken English skills;
- be able to provide valuable information in a concise way;
- be able to entertain and inspire;
- communicate proactively and anticipate problems;
- have good presentation
- learn quickly and deliver information with accuracy;
- value self-development.
You need to:
- be passionated about the local (food & beverage) culture, and about connecting to people of different backgrounds;

OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT: your job is to assist in setting up and optimizing various aspects of the operation. This includes such diverse things as assisting the tour guides, coordinate with restaurants, help cleaning up facilites, dishwashing or preparing foods.
You need to:
- Have a high-sense of duty and be passionated about hospitality;
- be a native Portuguese speaker with (hopefully) good English skills;
- be very organised and have a problem-solving mentality;
- be willing to embrace many different tasks;
- communicate proactively and anticipate problems;
- be able to follow protocols with accuracy;
